While Hannah has extensive experience working with adolescents, she enjoys supporting clients of all ages and tailors her approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. She also has a background in addiction treatment, helping clients begin their journey to sobriety or maintain meaningful progress in recovery. Hannah offers a safe and supportive counseling environment for children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and elements of Relational-Cultural Therapy. She assists individuals in taking control of their stories and rewriting them to reflect empowerment and resilience.
Utilizing empirically supported treatments, she helps clients process trauma, build a positive identity, and express themselves creatively. Hannah also works with clients to develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving and emotional regulation skills, manage intense emotions, address interpersonal challenges, and respond effectively to emotional triggers. Whether clients are dealing with mood, personality, behavioral, or trauma-related disorders, she helps them build insight and move toward lasting, meaningful change. Hannah sees clients both in person and online through secure telehealth services. Hannah works under the supervision of Melissa Bretz, LCSW, and a qualified LMHC supervisor
