Jeff holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He works under the supervision of Melissa Bretz, LCSW, and a qualified LMHC supervisor. Jeff brings several years of experience working with clients across the lifespan in the mental health field. While he has extensive experience supporting young adults in college counseling settings, he enjoys working with individuals of all ages. His background also includes addiction treatment, supporting clients in their recovery while fostering emotional healing, healthier relationships, and personal growth.

Jeff offers compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a safe and welcoming space. His collaborative and flexible approach integrates evidence-based practices from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and elements of existential therapy. Jeff’s priority is always the client’s unique needs, and he tailors treatment to fit their individual presentation and goals. Meeting clients where they are, Jeff provides a supportive environment for reflection, growth, and lasting change. Whether clients are facing anxiety, depression, grief, identity concerns, relationship struggles, behavioral challenges, or other life stressors, he helps them reconnect with their strengths and values to foster meaningful progress.
