5 techniques to try when feeling stressed

1) Poke a hole in a tennis ball and squeeze.

think I have lots of energy today.

3) Be thankful for the things in your life. Having graditude
improves a person’s mental well being and makes stress
easier to cope to with.

4) Find things in life that make you smile. Smiling
genuinely or even faking a smile can help with handling

5) To stressed to sleep, okay tell yourself your stay awake for an
half hour. This reduces the stressed placed on feeling asleep
and may actually relax you to feel asleep.
